    Compare The Christmas Hits!

Post by SexiiBack on Mon Aug 17, 2009 4:58 pm

TV meerkat Aleksandr Orlov from the compare the market adverts is apparently to set out on releasing a Christmas hit,
The cute Russian meerkat on the television advert who's catchphrase is "Simples", who the advert is said to say his annoyance of people mixing up "compare the market" with compare the hit website "compare the meerkat"

A Newspaper has reported on this saying that if this true about the single by saying."Aleksandr has a fanbase to rival any of today's pop divas so it seems an obvious move to have a crack at recording a song. It'll be an upbeat, modern ditty but of course with a lot of Russian influence. Expect plenty of gags and the 'Simples!' catchphrase to feature heavily. It's the kind of thing you can see sweeping the net too."

For many of you have not seen this advert (that is currently airing in the uk) here is a copy of Aleksandr Orlov The Russian Meerkat
